Experience: It depends on the task to be taken. In addition to experienced employee recruitments, newly-graduated, inexperienced employees are also recruited.

Wage management

Within the HLC Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Center, hospital-specific wage system is implemented according to the experience, education and the related position. Wages are paid over 12 net salaries. Wage increases are made once a year and in January, taking into account the commercial performance of the institution, inflation, market wage data and the position we target and the level and performance of the employee within the wage system.
