The aesthetic defects seen on the legs can be generally classified as distorted posture, thick leg or ankle and asymmetrical legs. In childhood, poor nutrition, hereditary characteristics, rapid weight gain and loss, lack of exercise, gravity and lack of exercise are the main reasons for loss of leg aesthetics. Leg Plastic Surgery

The operation performed under general anesthesia in a hospital environment is completed between 1 hour and 3 hours if applied only on the leg area. Adipose tissue is surgically removed from the areas of the patient with too much adipose tissue. If there is a visible area of fat deficiency in the leg, the fat removed from the patient’s body undergo a special treatment and used to fill these areas. Depending on the patient’s fat ratio and demand, these gaps are filled with the silicone prosthesis in such a way as to obtain the desired shape. Fats are removed from the thighs, knees and ankles. After the fat removal and filling process, if there is excess skin, that skin is removed and stitched after stretching.

• Crooked Leg Surgery

Crooked leg problem can be caused by bone curvature in the legs from the calf to the ankle area or insufficiency of fat layer under the skin. This situation negatively affects the aesthetic appearance of the legs. Leg prostheses, fillings and fat injections and leg distortion problems among the leg plastic surgery applications can be used to correct the crooked legs.

• Thick Leg Plastic Surgery

Due to thick leg bones, advanced muscle structure or excess adipose tissue, the legs that are thicker than they should be are very common aesthetic problems. The fats in the knees and ankles in patients with excess fat are removed with liposuction.
They are surgically removed in patients who have problems due to advanced muscle structure. Corrections in patients with thick bone structure may be limited. It is performed under local or general anesthesia according to the nature of the procedure.

• Thin Leg Plastic Surgery

With thin leg plastic surgery, one of the leg plastic surgery applications, the aesthetic problems in patients with extremely thin legs are generally corrected as desired with silicone protheses. With the help of silicone processes placed inside the muscle tissue via endoscopy, the circumference of the leg can be expanded by 3-4 cm. If fat can be removed from another part of the patient’s body, instead of silicone prosthesis, the patient’s own fat can be used as filling material. The permanence duration of this method, performed via fat injections, is 1 to 2 years.

• Knee Cap Plastic Surgery

Excess fats around the knee and thighs cause a bad appearance in the knees and sometimes a crossed leg posture. Excess fat is removed by liposuction method in knee cap plastic surgery. The operation, which is quite simple and in which healing process is fast and painless, takes around an hour.

Non-Surgical Leg Thinning with Smooth Shape

This application is not a surgical procedure. Fats under the skin are melted with the help of laser. Melting oils are excreted naturally by the body without draining. It is mostly used in patients with mild lipoidosis and cellulite problems. After 8 sessions of 2-3 sessions a day, visible tightening of the legs and softness of the skin will be felt.
