How is blemish treatment done?

• Chemical Peeling
In this method utilizing the help of glycolic acid, the acid obtained from fruit acids, the skin is peeled off so that the blemishes are removed.
• Blemish Mask
The mask prepared as a special mixture blemish is kept on the skin for 8 to 10 hours. When the time has elapsed, the mask is rinsed and a cream is given for 4-5 months.
• Mesotherapy
Many blemish removal components are injected subcutaneously with micro needles.
• Laser Therapy
Laser treatment is applied to the skin with IPL devices, Q-switched lasers and fractional lasers that peel the layer above the skin.
• Whitening Cream
Cream applications that cause the skin to whiten and thus reduce the visibility of the blemishes.

What is achieved with the blemish treatment?

With acne treatment, acne spots are removed.

Blemish treatment provides removal of blemishes that form on the skin due to both internal and external factors. Some blemishes can be completely removed; however, such as in the case of advanced cases, the color of the blemish may be whitened and made less visible. Blemish treatments used to relieve people of uncomfortable blemishes and prevent these spots from re-occurring make the skin brighter, more vivid, smoother and softer.

Who can benefit from Blemish Treatment?

Blemish treatment works in people who have skin spots caused by sun and other external factors, such as pregnancy, smoking, age, and so on. In cases where injuries and bruises are caused by excessive aging and similar causes, blemish treatment is not applied. In addition, it is not deemed appropriate to apply blemish treatment to people with open wounds on the skin, allergic skin and people with thin skin layers.

Are there risks?

In recent years, the possibility of risks in blemish treatments has decreased considerably due to the point where technology has advanced. In skin peeling, such as chemical peeling, it is normal to have temporary rashes in the skin.

Is the procedure painful?

No pain is felt in almost all of the skin blemish removal methods. In some procedures, anesthetic cream or solutions can be applied to the procedure area if necessary.

How many sessions does it take to be completed?

4-6 sessions are sufficient for chemical peeling in blemish treatment, while 3-4 sessions are sufficient for laser treatments based on the size and darkness of the blemishes.  Other skin peeling applications can be done in 2-3 sessions.

When will the effect be observed?

There are usually more clear results after the second session. The effects of laser and chemical peeling are seen immediately in the first session.
