The patient should keep the genital area clean against infections and avoid heavy sports and activities.

Genital plastic surgery of small lips is regarding the inner small lips going outwards due to sagging and deformations of large lips. It creates an ugly look in the vagina. This problem is addressed by applying a reduction with small lip plastic surgery. Surgery is generally performed under local anesthesia. General anesthesia can be performed according to the patient’s preference. The operation time takes approximately 15-30 minutes. The stitches used in the operation are of the melting type.
