In childhood, poor nutrition, hereditary characteristics, rapid weight gain and loss, lack of exercise, gravity and lack of exercise are the main reasons for loss of leg aesthetics. Adipose tissue is surgically removed from the areas of the patient with too much adipose tissue. If there is a visible area of fat deficiency in the leg, the fat removed from the patient&#8217;s body undergo a special treatment and used to fill these areas. Depending on the patient&#8217;s fat ratio and demand, these gaps are filled with the silicone prosthesis in such a way as to obtain the desired shape. If fat can be removed from another part of the patient&#8217;s body, instead of silicone prosthesis, the patient&#8217;s own fat can be used as filling material. The permanence duration of this method, performed via fat injections, is 1 to 2 years.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Knee Cap Plastic Surgery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Excess fats around the knee and thighs cause a bad appearance in the knees and sometimes a crossed leg posture. Excess fat is removed by liposuction method in knee cap plastic surgery. The operation, which is quite simple and in which healing process is fast and painless, takes around an hour.<\/p>\n<h4>Non-Surgical Leg Thinning with Smooth Shape<\/h4>\n<p>This application is not a surgical procedure. Fats under the skin are melted with the help of laser. Melting oils are excreted naturally by the body without draining. It is mostly used in patients with mild lipoidosis and cellulite problems. After 8 sessions of 2-3 sessions a day, visible tightening of the legs and softness of the skin will be felt.
